By Beth | July 10, 2009
I haven’t written a post listing recalls in a while, but given my recent post on child product safety this one may be worth forwarding on to our readers. Read below for more on pacifiers and federal lead paint ban violators.
1. Pacifiers Recalled: Choking Hazard
Jaloma Pacifiers (Gromex Inc., NJ) announced a voluntary recall of pacifiers because the ventilation holes are too small, failing to meet federal safety standards. Although no injuries have been reported, the company asks that anyone who has purchased the pacifier with the ring-shaped handle and “Jaloma” printed on the side immediately take the item away from children contact the company for a refund or exchange.
